2. The Service

SendFramer provides a backend infrastructure for receiving, storing, and forwarding form submissions and related webhook data.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Accounts

3.1 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
All activity under your account
Providing accurate registration information

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3.2 Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any laws or regulations
Transmit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content
Send spam or abusive automated submissions
Attempt to probe, scan, or breach system security
Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service
Upload or transmit malware or malicious code

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section.

5. User Data

5.1 Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you submit or process through SendFramer (“User Data”).

5.2 License to Us

You grant SendFramer a limited license to host, process, and transmit User Data solely to provide the Service.

5.3 Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Providing required privacy notices to your end users
Obtaining any required consents

6. Fees and Billing

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law
You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method
We may change pricing with reasonable notice
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Slack, Discord). We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SendFramer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Error-free or uninterrupted operation

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

SendFramer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to SendFramer in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SendFramer from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
